Restoring EGS control units to a Virgin state, followed by pairing with another vehicle. Data clearing, preparation, and integration of the control unit into the vehicle's electronic systems.

HOW IT WORKS How Remote Services Work

Remote Services allow diagnostics, coding, programming and configuration of BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce electronic systems to be carried out without visiting a service centre.

You will need a Windows laptop, an ENET cable and a stable internet connection. All operations are carried out remotely by a specialist via your computer, which is connected to the vehicle, taking into account the vehicle configuration and the required scope of work.

For lengthy procedures, such as vehicle programming or I-Level updates, an external power supply for the vehicle may be required.

1 Connection You connect your laptop to the vehicle using an ENET cable and ensure a stable internet connection.
2 Remote session We establish a remote connection to your computer and access the vehicle’s systems via the diagnostic and programming environment.
3 Carrying out the work We perform diagnostics, coding, programming or function configuration. Once the work is complete, we verify that the vehicle’s systems are functioning correctly.
