Remote configuration of the transmission and electronic chassis systems on the BMW M2 F87, M3 F80 and M4 F82 using compatible GTS/CS calibrations. The scope is tailored to the individual car: M DCT, steering, MDM, the Active M Differential and, on M3/M4 models with compatible adaptive suspension, EDC.

Send us your vehicle’s VIN and your email address. We will check whether GTS/CS settings can be applied. If necessary, we will confirm the transmission fitted, whether the car has adaptive suspension, and the actual software version. If the vehicle has already been modified, please mention this when you contact us.

Once compatibility is confirmed and the scope of work is agreed, you will receive a personalised payment link. The order page will show the VIN, the selected service and the price.

After payment, we will arrange a remote session and explain how to prepare the vehicle and computer. We will carry out the agreed programming and coding, then check the affected control units through a diagnostic connection.

Support for your completed order is available during business hours. The scope of assistance and the terms for additional work are defined by your order and the Terms and Conditions.

  • M DCT GTS/CS — Changes to the shift logic of the seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. Available only for cars equipped with M DCT; the software variant is selected according to compatibility.
  • EPS steering — Settings for the factory electric power steering system using compatible GTS/CS calibrations.
  • DSC / M Dynamic Mode — MDM settings within the factory stability control system. The mode is already available in the car; adjusting it does not mean switching DSC off.
  • Active M Differential — Settings for the electronic control of the factory rear differential’s locking function.
  • EDC CS for M3/M4 — Damper control settings for cars with compatible Adaptive M Suspension. This item is not part of the standard package for the regular M2 or M2 Competition F87.
  • Post-service check — A diagnostic check of the affected control units during the remote session.

BMW M3 F80, BMW M4 F82, BMW M2 F87 and BMW M2 Competition F87.

The M DCT flash does not apply to cars with a six-speed manual transmission; we check the availability of settings for the other systems separately. EDC CS settings are offered for M3/M4 models only when compatible adaptive suspension is fitted.

The final scope depends on the installed control units, equipment and software version. Factory CS/GTS models, replacement control units and modified suspension are assessed individually.

  • An ENET cable and a computer with an Ethernet connection; a suitable adapter if needed.
  • A stable internet connection at the vehicle’s location.
  • Power for the computer throughout the session.
  • A stabilised vehicle power supply suitable for programming. We will confirm the connection requirements before the session.
  • Preparation of the vehicle and remote access software according to our instructions.

Does this service increase engine power?

This card covers transmission and chassis system settings. Engine flashing, power increases and changes to mechanical components are not included.

Is the package available for the M2 F87 and M2 Competition?

Yes, these models are included in the vehicles we assess for compatibility. For M DCT versions, we assess the transmission flash; steering, DSC/MDM and Active M Differential settings are selected according to the installed control units and software. The same set of settings is not automatically applied to every F87.

Can I request this service for a car with a manual transmission?

Yes, you can request a check of the available chassis settings. The transmission flash applies only to M DCT and is not carried out on cars with a manual gearbox.

Does the M2 F87 package include suspension settings?

The regular M2 and M2 Competition F87 do not have adaptive suspension in their factory configuration, so EDC is not included in their standard package. Factory M2 CS models and cars with modified suspension are assessed separately: the presence of the hardware alone does not confirm that the selected settings can be applied.

What if the engine or transmission has already been tuned?

Tell us which software is installed and what modifications have been made. Compatibility and any replacement of the existing software will be agreed before payment. If there are faults, jerky shifts or transmission slip, the cause must be identified first: programming is not a substitute for repairs.

Can I request individual settings, and when do I pay?

Yes. To request part of the package, use the “Custom Remote Service” card and describe the work you need. Payment is made after compatibility has been checked and the scope and price have been agreed. If the agreed service is not available for your vehicle, you will not need to pay for it.
