Workshop Control Unit Repair

We provide diagnostics, repair, and restoration of control units based on their electronic architecture, software logic, and the nature of the fault.
Our services may include recovery from software failures, incorrect programming, and hardware faults, as well as firmware restoration, software recovery, and bootloader repair.
Depending on the control unit type and condition, we perform PCB diagnostics, repair damaged circuits and electronic components, restore communication between control units, and verify proper operation of the control unit.
To enable the reuse of donor control units, we restore them to a virgin state, then carry out all the procedures required to pair them with the vehicle. We support MRR2, KAFAS3/4, RAM, EME, EGS, NIVI2, NIVI3, KOMBI, and head units (HU).
We also remove crash data from supported ACSM (Airbag/SRS) control units and restore the functionality of 12 V lithium-ion batteries and 48 V battery packs locked following a collision.
